Environment and Human Health, Inc. (EHHI) is a 10-member, non-profit organization composed of doctors, public health professionals and policy experts. The organization is dedicated to protecting human health from environmental harms through research, education, and the promotion of sound public policy. EHHI is committed to improving public health and reducing environmental health risks to individuals.

Since 1999, EHHI has researched and written 14 important reports that have nearly all led to policy changes. Some of these changes have been at the state level and some have been at the federal level as well. EHHI works in Connecticut, but only takes on issues that have both statewide and national importance.

EHHI is not a membership organization, and therefore all of its support comes from foundations and committed individuals. EHHI does not receive any funds from businesses or corporations.
